About You
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience in lieu of the degree.
- 5+ years of work experience including project or program management experience in an Operations, Logistics or Procurement function.
- Ability to work effectively with various levels of the organization.
- Results-orientation and problem-solving mindset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and on a team.
- Ability to travel domestically occasionally (5%).
- Project Management Qualification.
- Familiarity with indirect categories (e.g., MRO, Fleet, Chemicals, Corporate Services).
- Understanding of Indirect Procurement Processes and Procurement Tools.
- Experience in Transformation and Change Management.
