About You
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, IT, Manufacturing, or Project Management.
- Experience leading end-to-end product development lifecycle, including engineering, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and sales.
- 8+ years of experience as a Program Manager, managing end-to-end aspects of the product development lifecycle.
- 8+ years of experience with CAPA's (Corrective Action Preventative Action).
- 4+ years of experience in people leadership in engineering, manufacturing, or project management.
- Experienced in leading organizational change and driving cultural adoption of process excellence.
