About the Role

As a Program Manager, you will align delivery efforts with sales initiatives, coordinate strategic delivery campaigns, manage delivery functions across multiple sites, generate and approve quotations, and oversee financial aspects including revenue generation and forecasting. You will also lead initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and develop strong succession planning within the organization.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration or similar discipline.
5+ years of previous leadership/managerial experience in operations or engineering.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to influence others and create a cohesive team culture.

Preferred:

Demonstrated strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
Proven strength in interpersonal and leadership skills.
Ability to succeed in a global team environment.
