About the Role
As a Program Manager, Social Impact and Responsibility, you will lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of diverse social impact initiatives aimed at connecting underserved youth to the tech sector. You will oversee program budgets, coordinate educational programming, monitor project progress, ensure compliance with financial policies, and develop strategic communication plans to raise awareness of programs.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, social impact, or community development, with a strong focus on financial reporting and budget management.
- Proven ability to track program expenditures and ensure compliance with accounting and foundation financial protocols.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and transparency in all program operations.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience engaging stakeholders, facilitating discussions, and delivering presentations.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
Preferred:
- Experience with monday.com.
- Startup mentality with the ability to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities.
