Summary
Nightwing is seeking a Program Manager to lead a dynamic network engineering team in Sterling, VA. The role involves overseeing contract performance, managing project execution, and ensuring systems meet customer requirements.
About the Role
As a Program Manager, you will be the single point of contact for contract performance, lead team project execution, and plan the timely completion of Statement of Work efforts. You will track and report program metrics, ensure systems meet performance and security requirements, create and maintain programmatic artifacts, manage resources, establish training plans, and prepare briefings for customer decision-making.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Program Management.
- Project Management Professional Certification.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Strong teamwork, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Expertise with Network Engineering management and design.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Strong customer focus with the ability to manage expectations for scope, schedule, budget, risk and quality.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience with collaborative project management tools.
- Managing global dispersed teams.
Preferred:
- Briefing and meeting with senior level management.
- Understanding of the customer and the Intelligence Community.
- Practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics.
