About the Role
As a Program Manager, you will provide leadership and oversight for CENTAM-related initiatives, manage the full program lifecycle, collaborate with various stakeholders, oversee the development and integration of IT solutions, ensure compliance with federal regulations, monitor program budgets, and communicate program goals and progress to senior leadership.
About You
Required:
- Proven experience as a Program Manager within federal government programs, preferably with the U.S. Census Bureau.
- Strong knowledge of IT modernization initiatives, systems integration, and program management best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
- Direct experience supporting the Census Bureau Transformation Application Modernization (CENTAM) program.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, complex federal programs with multiple stakeholders.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP certification.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
