About You
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or Operations Management, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of project/program management or strategic supply chain experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a manufacturing organization.
- Demonstrated experience delivering on complex programs/projects and guiding cross-functional decision making.
- Superior analytical skills and ability to use data and metrics to justify business decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Experience developing succinct executive summaries and presenting to leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to establish business process issues and drive process improvement.
