About the Role
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Human Resources or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior experience coordinating volunteer and/or intern programs or substantially similar role.
- Experience recruiting, placing and overseeing staff.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience working in a healthcare environment, human resources experience a plus.
- Bilingual English and Spanish.
