About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's degree in related field such as Engineering, Business, or Program Management.
- 7+ years of experience in program/project management for government contracts.
- PMP certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
- Demonstrated success leading large, complex programs for federal agencies.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies for iterative delivery.
- Strong skills in MS Office, project management tools, and collaboration software.
- Ability to obtain government security clearance as required.
- Master's degree in related field.
- Prior experience managing classified/secured programs.
- Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and contract management.
- Training or certification in Agile management methodologies.
