About the Role
As a Program Nurse, you will be responsible for accurately dispensing prescribed medications, performing daily operations of the clinic pharmacy, ensuring security and inventory accuracy of controlled substances, and consulting with patients regarding their medication regimen. You will assist the medical director in patient care activities and maintain reports as required by state and federal regulations.
About You
Required:
- Current & good standing LPN/RN license in the State of application.
- Current CPR certification required.
Preferred:
- Experience in chemical dependency preferred.
- Computer proficiency desired.
