About the Role
As a Program Site Manager, you will build strong relationships with residents, assist them with daily routines, administer medications, and ensure their health and safety. You will also monitor staff schedules, complete paperwork, and collaborate with the Program Director to provide the best care possible.
About You
Required:
- Experience working with people who have developmental delays or brain injuries.
- Valid driver’s license for at least six months and a good driving record.
- Basic computer skills.
- Physical ability to help residents and keep them safe.
Preferred:
- Training in MAP (Medication Administration Program), PABC, and/or First Aid.
