As a Program Specialist I, you will develop and implement programs to improve service delivery for Southern Arizona's Non-Title population. Responsibilities include overseeing program implementations, monitoring project plans, analyzing data, developing training modules, and collaborating with internal teams to propose funding opportunities. The position requires a valid driver's license and has a 25% travel expectation.
About You
Required:
Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience.
3+ years of behavioral or physical health program experience.
Preferred:
Master's degree in a relevant field.
Prior experience with Non-title grants.
Knowledge of Arizona Behavioral Health System of Care.
3+ years of program administration and/or management experience.
