About You
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in IDD services or a Master’s in Social Work with internship/experience in IDD.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain composure under pressure.
- Knowledge of Individual Support Plans (ISPs), task analysis, and goal development.
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation, current insurance, and ability to pass required background checks.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Familiarity with PA 6400, 2380, and 6100 Regulations.
