You will work closely with the cottage supervisor and treatment team to create effective treatment plans and ensure program fidelity. Your role includes ongoing training and consultation to enhance team effectiveness and addressing environmental concerns. You will also collaborate with team members to help clients achieve their treatment objectives.
About You
Required:
- Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) certification.
- Experience in providing clinical services to children and adolescents.
Preferred:
- Training in trauma-informed care.
- Experience in creating and implementing treatment plans.
