About the Role
As a Program Supervisor, you will provide supervisory support for Home Visitors, ensuring high-quality services to families. You will monitor documentation, observe home visits, and support staff development. Additionally, you will maintain knowledge of community resources, assist with family goal plans, and participate in program support and networking activities.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Sciences (Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Mental Health, Nursing, Education, or equivalent) required.
- At least 5 years of experience working directly with families with children in-home or in group settings.
Preferred:
- Master's Degree preferred.
- Case management or service coordination experience preferred.
- Experience in early childhood prevention services; home visitation experience preferred.
