As a Programmatic Lead-Vice President, you will be responsible for defining and driving the vision for manual and automated campaign management, ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will oversee teams managing strategy and execution across multiple lines of business, mentor team members, manage large-scale budgets, and drive innovation in reporting and workflow optimization.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8–12 years of experience in paid media and programmatic campaign leadership.
- Expert proficiency with DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Vistar, CM360, Tableau and related platforms.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic, and leadership skills.
- Experience managing multiple lines of businesses and their performance objectives.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree preferred
- Advanced certifications in programmatic platforms.
- Deep expertise in AI, automation, and agentic campaign management.
- Mastery of data feeds, APIs, and ad reporting systems.
- Advanced proficiency with data visualization and analytics tools.
