Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a Programming Director/Activity Director/Recreation Director to join their team in Newton Corner, MA. The role involves coordinating, implementing, and evaluating the assisted living program to enhance residents' experiences.

About the Role

As the Programming Director, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with community organizations, residents, and families. Your daily tasks will include implementing engaging events and programs, evaluating their effectiveness, and leading various group activities. You will also oversee the activity staff and manage the community Van Driver to ensure a diverse and innovative activity program.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and knowledge of aging and disability issues.
Qualified by experience and training to develop programs appropriate for elders and disabled individuals.
Management and Leadership Experience.

Preferred:

Previous experience working with seniors.
Experience in Microsoft Office.
