About the Role
As a Project/Program Manager - NON IT 5, you will be responsible for Workday implementation interface testing, developing materials for Talent and Performance management programs, managing Performance Management SharePoint sites, and assisting the Talent and Performance team with performance program management. You will also participate in meetings to identify follow-up needs and perform other assigned duties.
About You
Required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (PPT, Excel, Word) with a minimum of 5 years experience.
- Familiarity with Workday.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent activities.
Preferred:
- Experience working in Performance Management for at least 3 years.
- Project Ownership experience.
- Change Management experience.
