Communications Collaborative is seeking a Project and Change Manager to join their team in Metro-Providence, RI. The role involves supporting strategic business and technology initiatives, coordinating projects, and facilitating change management activities.
About the Role
As a Project and Change Manager, you will be responsible for project planning, documentation, scheduling, and task management. You will maintain project plans, manage risks and issues, assist with stakeholder communications, and contribute to change management efforts. Additionally, you will monitor project budgets and performance metrics, coordinate cross-functional teams, and participate in post-project evaluations.
About You
Required:
5–7 years of project management experience, including large or transformational initiatives.
3–5 years of change management experience.
Experience supporting medium-to-large programs in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Proficiency with project tools (Workfront, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint).
Organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and effective under tight deadlines.
Ability to build relationships, influence across teams, and work with executive leadership.
