About the Role
As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design process from conceptual phase through construction administration, ensuring technical resolution and coordination for projects. You will work closely with the Project Manager and Project Designer, supervise staff, and maintain quality assurance standards. Your role will also involve client communication, teamwork, and participation in business development activities.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or equivalent in education or experience.
- 5 plus years of design experience.
- Licensed Architect with current registration in your region.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in architecture.
- NCARB registration.
- LEED accreditation or Green Associate.
