About the Role
As a Project Architect IV, you will lead design, production, coordination, and architectural detailing as part of a multi-disciplinary team. You will communicate project status and design intent to clients, participate in business development, perform field site observations, and maintain positive client relations. Additionally, you will implement best practices to enhance team productivity and quality, supervise interns, and ensure compliance with QA/QC standards.
About You
Required:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 8+ years of related professional experience.
- Current Architectural Registration in the United States.
- Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Preferred:
- Experience in large, complex healthcare projects.
- CDT and LEED accreditation.
- Knowledge of building codes and requirements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
