- 6+ years of design experience, license preferred but not required.
- Professional degree from an accredited college or university.
- Excellent organizational skills and follow-through ability.
- Thorough understanding and preparation of design projects through all phases of development.
- Proficient in Revit, Bluebeam, and similar design applications.
- Ridiculous technical skills in building assembly.
- Positive attitude with a sense of humor.
- Excellent mentorship attributes to guide supporting staff.
- Experience in multifamily, mixed-use or student housing construction.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
