About the Role
As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for leading architectural projects through all phases of design and documentation, managing day-to-day project activities, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing municipal entitlement and permitting processes, coordinating with consultants and internal teams using BIM tools, ensuring design quality and compliance with regulations, and mentoring junior team members.
About You
Required:
- 10–12+ years of professional architectural experience.
- Proven experience in project management and architectural design leadership.
- Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, and Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.
- Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or a related field.
Preferred:
- Registered Architect license.
