About the Role

As a Project Control Administrator, you will manage administrative processes within DIA government facilities, coordinate onboarding and offboarding of project team members, track compliance training, schedule meetings, and maintain project documentation. You will support project leadership and technical staff in secure environments, demonstrating discretion and reliability in handling classified information.

About You

Required:

U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain or maintain a TS/SCI clearance (minimum active TS clearance)
2+ years of experience in administrative or project support within a federal agency
Strong understanding of government facility operations, security protocols, and administrative procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Preferred:

Experience tracking cybersecurity or compliance-related training
Working knowledge of SharePoint, Teams, and secure collaboration tools
