Summary
TRC Talent Solutions is seeking a Project Coordinator II to join their team in Cary, NC. The role involves assisting the Project Manager in the delivery of small- to large-scale capital design and construction projects in biopharmaceutical and pharmaceutical markets.
About the Role
As a Project Coordinator II, you will assist the Project Manager in directing and coordinating with internal and external architects and engineers, interface with clients, construction managers, subcontractors, and vendors, and manage multiple complex tasks. You will oversee large-scale initiatives and mentor junior team members while spending time in both the office and job site.
About You
Required:
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Office 2013 and PDF software.
- Proficiency with traditional project controls database tools and methods.
- Ability to communicate openly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Exceptional time management skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or advanced technology projects.
- PMP certification or additional relevant certification.
- Large scale ($10 million) project and document experience.
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools or additional software used in construction and design projects.
