About the Role
As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining project logs, schedules, and status reports, coordinating client deliverables, managing documentation systems, facilitating project meetings, and ensuring compliance with internal processes. You will also track project milestones, assist with data entry for cost reports, and coordinate with external stakeholders for project updates.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant post-education experience in related job capacity.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or Excel-based trackers.
- Experience with documentation management platforms such as SharePoint, Eco-Sys, or similar Project Management Information Systems (PMIS).
- Knowledge of administrative controls related to contracts, invoicing, and procurement activities.
- Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Familiarity with Primavera, Oracle, or Deltek systems.
- Exposure to AEC project documentation standards, including QA/QC practices.
