Summary
Ontivity is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team in Springfield, MO. The role involves supporting project teams with administrative tasks, tracking deliverables, and providing regular project status reports.
About the Role
As a Project Coordinator, you will assist with correspondence and administrative tasks, update tracking systems for project status, obtain necessary permits, work closely with the Project Manager and Accounting team for timely invoicing, and communicate project issues to management. You will also track contracts and purchase orders, create correspondence, assist with meeting preparations, and perform various office management functions.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products and advanced computer skills.
- Familiarity with CAD or GIS.
Preferred:
- Three to five years’ experience in wireless, telecommunications, construction and/or public utility.
- Excellent time, organization, and office management skills.
