Summary
PASLIN is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team in Warren, MI. The role involves supporting the Integration & Installation team with planning, executing, and communicating across the team and manufacturing floor.
About the Role
As a Project Coordinator, you will assist Program Managers with day-to-day program activities, maintain and update key project documents, provide regular updates on project progress, develop tool tracking matrices, utilize complex Excel formats for financial reviews, prepare presentation materials, track issues across multiple sites, and contribute to assembly and fabrication tasks as required.
About You
Required:
- 1-3 years of related work experience in a professional business environment.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Preferred:
- Vocational certification or college degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project.
- Experience in program management, automation, assembly systems or tooling.
- Knowledge of welding processes.
