About the Role
As a Project Cost Control Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining cost control systems, supporting budgeting and forecasting, performing cost analyses, and preparing reports to guide decision-making. Your tasks will include stakeholder communication, cost reporting, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. You will also develop cost control procedures, review contract documents, prepare cost progress reports, and support project managers to ensure adherence to budgets and timelines.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project controls, cost engineering, or cost control scheduling.
- Proficiency with cost management software and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
