About You
- 6+ years of relevant MEP experience within the Retail, Workplace, Transit, and Education landscape.
- Professional Engineer in North Carolina.
- Ability to communicate effectively regarding client needs and technical solutions.
- Experience with Autodesk Platforms and digital design tools including Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or Building Information Modelling (BIM).
- Direct working experience on past projects with Arcadis architects.
- Experience in full-service consulting design firms and coordination with in-house A/E resources.
- Adaptability to new digital tools such as AI.
- Practical experience in sustainability and carbon reduction.
- Experience with urban environments and user-experience-centric projects.
