Summary
IQT is seeking a Project Engineer for future openings to provide technical direction and engineering implementation guidance to startups in their strategic investment portfolio, focusing on cutting-edge technology for government partners.
About the Role
As a Project Engineer, you will oversee the engineering design, development, implementation, and execution of multiple concurrent projects. Your responsibilities will include advising on mission requirements, overseeing requirements analysis, and facilitating government evaluations of technology. You will also support the continual improvement of project engineering processes and tools.
About You
Required:
- U.S. Citizenship is required due to contractual reasons.
- B.S. or M.S. degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a self-starter with a collaborative mindset.
- Eligibility for a U.S. top-secret clearance.
Preferred:
- Eagerness to learn new domains and technologies across the hardware and software spectrum.
- Passion for supporting the US National Security mission.
