About You
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering.
- Eight or more years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.
- Experience coordinating product development teams and creating project plans.
- Ability to perform risk assessments and resource planning for program execution.
- Detail-oriented and self-directed with general guidance.
- Ability to read and understand technical requirements, statements of work, and technical drawings.
- Experience managing mechanical system design, integration, and development.
- High proficiency in written and verbal communication in cross-functional teams.
- Must be US Citizen or US Permanent Resident to comply with ITAR regulations.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
- Five years' experience in aerospace gear system, transmission, or actuation related industry.
