About the Role
As a Project Engineer II, you will be responsible for improving product development processes, coordinating cross-discipline teams, developing subsystem specifications, participating in prototype builds, and managing day-to-day technical aspects of projects. You will also introduce tools to enhance project engineering excellence and resolve various issues while adhering to company policies.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a related Engineering field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Minimum of 2 - 5 years of related technical experience in product development.
- Proven experience with the full product development life cycle from concept to production.
- Experience working with integrated product teams.
- Strong organization, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with aerospace military/defense contracting environment.
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability in delivering products on time and on budget.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
