About the Role
As a Project Engineer, Lean Manufacturing, you will be responsible for developing project plans, managing project team activities, maintaining comprehensive project documentation, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also assist in implementing strategic production planning and support SYNCHRO activities to improve product flow.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- One to three years of experience in project management, supply chain, procurement, or industrial engineering.
- Strong working knowledge of project management and lean manufacturing principles.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with SAP and MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
