Infinitive is seeking a Project Lead - Data Governance & Audit to join their team in McLean, VA. The role involves driving critical initiatives related to data governance, compliance, and strategic planning.
About the Role
As a Project Lead, you will orchestrate the successful execution of high-priority compliance and strategic initiatives, including coordinating activities for a Data Audit, managing cross-functional programs, developing project documentation, and partnering with leadership to define the Data Strategy & Capability Roadmap.
About You
Required:
- 7–12+ years of experience in program management, strategic consulting, governance, or regulatory-driven roles.
- Proven background in managing complex, large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs with high visibility.
- Direct experience supporting audits, regulatory examinations, compliance initiatives, or significant risk/governance work.
- Strong ability to operate independently and drive outcomes without heavy supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with regulated and sensitive data environments (e.g., FCRA, NPI, PCI).
- Exposure to data governance, access management, or privacy-related controls.
- Experience within the financial services industry or a comparably large-scale, matrixed enterprise organization.
