Summary
Lockheed Martin is seeking a Project Management and Planning Operations Rep Senior -CAM to join their team in Fort Worth, TX. The role involves managing cost, schedule, and technical aspects of projects for the F-35 Communication, Navigation and Identification team.
About the Role
As the Control Account Manager, you will coordinate with the Program Team, other Control Account Managers, finance counterparts, subcontractors, suppliers, and customers to ensure program requirements and deliverables are met. Your responsibilities will include managing project costs and schedules, facilitating status meetings, supporting risk management, and assisting with action item closures.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
- CAM Experience
- Management of cost, schedule and technical aspects of accounts.
- Earned Value Management (EVM) experience & knowledge.
- Project Management or Project Engineering experience.
- Experience in developing and executing program or project plans.
- Experience in internal/customer Program Reviews.
- Ability to develop a collaborative working environment.
Preferred:
- CAM Certification
- Agile Account Management Experience
- Familiarity with classified programs/requirements.
- Experience in generating metrics-based Basis-Of Estimates (BOEs).
- Experience with Supplier Management and Coordination.
- PMP certification.
