Mercor is seeking a Project Management Lead to join their team in a hybrid role focused on 1P Retail Operations and Technology. The position is based in various locations including Burlingame, Menlo Park, Los Angeles, or New York.
About the Role
As a Project Management Lead, you will manage and deliver cross-functional initiatives through all project stages, serve as a conduit between technical and non-technical teams, break down complex issues into manageable components, collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless project execution, drive the implementation of retail systems, and present project status to leadership.
About You
Required:
Bachelor's Degree.
5+ years of experience in project or program management within a Direct-to-Consumer electronics retailer, manufacturer, technology, or premium hospitality company.
Proven competence with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, MS Project, Wrike) and general productivity software (Microsoft, Apple, GSuite).
Deep experience with the implementation and development of retail systems (POS, ERP, CRM, AV, Demo).
Preferred:
MBA or other advanced degree.
PMP, Agile, or similar advanced project/portfolio management certification.
Ability to leverage AI in daily work to boost efficiency and productivity.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to execution.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
