About the Role
As a Project Management, Program Director, you will take ownership of planning, organizing, and controlling activities across various projects. Your responsibilities will include developing comprehensive project plans, collaborating with stakeholders, applying best-practice methodologies, managing project risks, and overseeing project budgets and resource allocation. You will also support change management and promote continuous improvement within the organization.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related fields.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in program leadership in the Insurance and/or Financial Services domain.
- Deep knowledge of project portfolio management, program governance, risk management, and change enablement.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in the insurance industry.
- Certifications in PMP, PgMP, and Agile (e.g., PMI-ACP, SAFe, CSM).
