About the Role

As a Project Manager / Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for developing operational workflows for clients, ensuring effective communication and alignment with company objectives, managing multiple concurrent projects, and providing support during project go-lives. You will also collaborate with development teams, conduct research on client issues, and train client technical staff on hardware and software.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business or related field.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Direct customer facing and implementation delivery experience in a Consulting or Professional Services organization.

Preferred:

Cloud SaaS deployment model experience.
Project Management Skills.
Familiarity with emerging technologies and applications in relation to business processes.
