About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading project meetings, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with the FCC construction process. You will oversee project budgets, validate pricing, and manage procurement strategies. Your role will also involve effective communication with stakeholders and delivering key performance indicators to ensure project success.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of five (5) years of commercial or industrial construction experience.
- At least three (3) years of direct supervisory experience.
Preferred:
- Experience with industrial, commercial, distribution, manufacturing, and/or cold storage projects.
- Up to one (1) year of preconstruction experience.
