Summary
Saronic Technologies is seeking a Project Manager – Expansion & Integration to join their team in Austin, TX. The role involves tracking timelines related to real estate acquisitions, incentive management, and the integration of new sites.
About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to document project scope, develop and maintain project plans, monitor project progress, conduct market research for potential sites, and facilitate communication with senior management. You will be responsible for ensuring successful project outcomes through strong organizational skills and strategic thinking.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, preferably within real estate or construction industries.
- Strong understanding of real estate processes, site development, and incentive management.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., Excel, Smartsheet, etc).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
