Summary
Jacobs is seeking a Project Manager – Water Conveyance & Infrastructure to lead high-profile infrastructure projects with key municipal clients in North Florida. The role involves managing complex water/wastewater conveyance design and project delivery.
About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will lead multidisciplinary teams through the full project lifecycle, focusing on conveyance systems. You will ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget targets while upholding Jacobs’ standards for health, safety, quality, and risk management. Additionally, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, drive business development, and contribute to the North Florida Market Action Plan.
About You
Required:
- B.S. or M.S. in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in project management and conveyance design for municipal water/wastewater infrastructure.
- Experience in the construction and administration of water, wastewater, or conveyance infrastructure.
- Florida PE license (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
- Proven success in delivering large-scale conveyance projects and managing multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred:
- Experience in alternative delivery projects including CMAR, Design-Build, and Progressive Design-Build for water, wastewater, or conveyance infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of project delivery tools, metrics, and risk management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship skills.
