About the Role
As a Project Manager II, you will be responsible for overall project management, serving as the primary client contact, coordinating multi-discipline resources, managing financial performance, and ensuring projects are executed according to plan from kickoff through close-out. You will confirm project scope, develop proposals, lead project kick-offs, establish schedules, maintain project documentation, facilitate meetings, track budgets, and manage construction administration.
About You
Required:
- Technical or Bachelor’s degree in one of the major technical disciplines with eight years related project experience or twelve years of practical experience on similar projects.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects of various size and complexity.
Preferred:
- Professional Engineer Licensure.
- Healthcare experience.
- Experience leading multi-discipline design teams and coordinating subconsultants and contractors.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling/resource planning tools.
- Strong communication and meeting facilitation skills.
