- Technical expertise in Network IT infrastructure.
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Demonstrated client relationship management experience.
- Hands-on experience with Atlassian Confluence and HelpNow/ServiceNow.
