About the Role
As a Project Manager - Architect, you will lead and manage a team to develop all phases of the design process, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications while maintaining clear communication with clients. You will oversee the construction process, manage project costs, and coordinate with various consultants. The position aims to help architects transition into successful project managers who can realize client project goals.
About You
Required:
- NAAB-accredited Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Registered Architect in the U.S. required (Texas and/or Oklahoma preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership/management role.
- Minimum 5 years experience working in an Architecture Firm or Interior Design practice.
Preferred:
- Advanced knowledge of Revit, Adobe Software, Lumion, Enscape, and other design software.
- Experience with project management in PreK-12 and Higher Education and/or municipal facilities.
- Ability to teach, mentor, and train others.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
