Path Construction is seeking a Project Manager - Construction for their Water Division to join their team in Arlington Heights, IL. The role involves leading and managing project teams in wastewater treatment facility construction.
About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of subcontractors and suppliers, managing contract administration, procurement, estimating, and ensuring quality control. You will lead project teams, establish customer relationships, and ensure compliance with safety goals while maintaining high standards of quality throughout the construction process.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or Architecture.
- 5+ years of experience in water and/or wastewater construction.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrate knowledge of control systems within the water and wastewater environments.
- Knowledgeable of PLCs, DCS, HMIs, SCADA systems, and other control devices.
- Primavera/Microsoft Project scheduling experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Valid Driver's License with positive motor vehicle report.
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 lbs.
Preferred:
- Estimating experience is a plus.
