Summary
Jacobs is seeking a Project Manager - Construction to join their team in Baltimore, MD. The role involves managing various construction projects ranging from $50k to $5 million from inception to close-out.
About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will act as the onsite Owners Representative, managing project progress, technical performance, material management, schedule, cost, scope, and safety. Your role will include developing project scopes, budgets, reports, contracts, and schedules to meet client objectives.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management, or Architecture.
- 5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager.
- Advanced working knowledge of contract management, pre-design, pre-construction, renovations, demolition, and new construction building systems/components and technology.
- Experience with various disciplines, trades, and systems related to full project delivery.
- OSHA 10 Certification.
- Strong people leadership skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Preferred:
- Renovation experience.
- Higher education experience.
