Summary
JBW Federal is seeking a Project Manager - Construction to join their team in New Cumberland, PA. The role involves overseeing field execution of construction projects, including site management and operations.
About the Role
As a Project Manager - Construction, you will be responsible for managing onsite construction operations, ensuring compliance with plans and specifications, and coordinating subcontractors. Your duties will include updating project schedules, negotiating contracts, and maintaining safety and quality control programs. You will also be required to monitor workmanship and facilitate communication with government stakeholders.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent/Quality Control Manager/Site Safety Officer on government construction projects.
- Electrical experience required.
- Experience working with RMS (Resident Management System) software.
- Proficient in Windows operating systems and associated software.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- CPR/First Aid and OSHA 30 certifications.
- CQM (Construction Quality Management) Certificate Required.
Preferred:
- Experience executing new construction and renovation type projects.
- Ability to read Plans, Specifications, and Shop Drawings.
- Experience working on smartphones and tablets.
- Ability to multi-task and establish priorities.
- Willingness to travel to various job sites.
