Applegate Farms is seeking a Project Manager for Emerging Brands to join their Corporate Office in Bedminster, NJ. The role involves managing and ensuring the successful delivery of multiple complex projects within the Emerging Brands Commercial and Supply Chain.
About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of critical projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, goals, and quality standards. You will lead cross-functional teams, facilitate communication among stakeholders, develop project scopes, and manage risks. Your responsibilities will include utilizing project management tools, documenting project progress, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience.
- Minimum of 2+ years of Project Management experience in roles involving coordination of product deliverables and managing complex supply chains.
- Experience managing multiple projects with substantial logistics and extensive timelines while meeting deadlines and requirements.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional team environments.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Software (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) or equivalent suites; experience with project management tools, specifically Asana, SmartSheet or Microsoft Project.
Preferred:
- PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent.
- Experience in managing the development of tangible, physical consumer products.
