About the Role
As a Project Manager - Implementation, you will serve as the strategic quarterback for clients converting from legacy point-of-sale systems. Your responsibilities include aligning stakeholders, driving timelines, identifying risks, and ensuring exceptional client experiences from kickoff through go-live and stabilization. You will manage project governance, risk management, sales support, resource scheduling, and maintain communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of related experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience coordinating large-scale hardware and software implementation
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
- High attention to detail with strong organizational discipline
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate client dynamics with professionalism and confidence
Preferred:
- Car wash industry experience, particularly familiarity with POS conversions and site-level operational workflows
- Comfortable working under pressure and balancing the demands of multiple stakeholders
- Always ready to adopt new concepts, technologies, and tools as the company grows
